Jonathan Edward Bernthal (født 20. september 1976 i Washington, D.C.) er en amerikansk skuespiller.
Jon Bernthal er mest kjent for å ha spilt i TV-serien The Walking Dead, samt filmer som The Wolf of Wall Street (2013) og Fury (2014). Andre filmer han har spilt i inkluderer The Air I Breathe (2007), Natt på museet 2 (2009), The Ghost Writer (2010), Rampart (2011) og Grudge Match (2013).
