Carlos Norman Hathcock II (1942–99) var en amerikansk soldat i U.S. Marine Corps som gjorde tjeneste som skarpskytter under Vietnamkrigen. Han uskadeliggjorde 93 soldater fra Den nordvietnamesiske hær og Viet Cong, som kalte ham Lông Trắng («Den hvite fjær») fordi han bar en hvit fjær på sin patruljehatt.[1][2][3]
Han forlot militæret i 1975 med grad av gunnery sergeant.
