== Utseende ==
Stort sett middelsstore [[bladbiller]], brunlige til svarte, gjerne fint hårete og med tegninger av lyse skjell. Antennene er tynne innerst, utvidete mot spissen, beina nokså kraftige. Pronotum er betydelig smalere enn dekkvingene. Hunnen er vanligvis større og kraftigere enn hannen.

== Levevis ==

Både larvene og de voksne (imago) er planteetere.
