'''Kaldmathøytiden''' er en [[Øst-Asia|østasiatisk]] feiring markert i [[Kina]], [[Korea]] og [[Vietnam]], som finner sted like før den klare og lyse høytiden (''[[qingmingfesten|qingming]]''), og er en vårhøytid der en feirer nytt liv. Bortsett fra i [[skuddår]] ligger høytiden på den [[5. april]] ifølge [[gregoriansk kalender]], den 105. dagen etter [[vintersolverv]] (''dongzhi'').

Navnet viser til at en tradisjonelt ikke gjorde opp [[ild]] da, og bare spiste kald mat.{{Tr}} Det [[kinesisk]]e navnet på høytiden er ''hánshíjié'' ([[pinyin]], 寒食節 på tradisjonelt og 寒食节 på forenklet kinesisk). På [[koreansk]] er den kjent som ''hansik'' og på [[vietnamesisk]] som ''Tết Hàn Thực''.
