Ifølge [[Applied Research Institute–Jerusalem]] ble 1212 dunam av al-Issawiyas territorium konfiskert av Israel for å etablere forskjellige [[israelske bosetninger]] og for å utvide [[Det hebraiske universitetet i Jerusalem]]. Konfiskeringene fordelte seg slik:
