Den 23. mars 2011 gikk Pacheco på utlån til [[Norwich City FC|Norwich]] til slutten av sesongen, og fikk trøye nr 37 i klubben. Pacheco ble vist frem på samme dag som [[Sam Vokes]], som kom på utlån fra Wolverhampton Wanderers. Den [[24. august]] [[2011]] annonserte [[Atlético Madrid]] på sine nettsider at Pacheco hadde kommet til klubben på utlån fra Liverpool for 2011–12-sesongen, men at han umiddelbart ville bli lånt videre til [[Rayo Vallecano]] for hele perioden.
