BeskrivelseTom Bosley 1960.JPG
Photo of Tom Bosley in 1960. Bosley played the role of Throttlebottom in the television program The Right Man. This appears to have been a special presentation due to the fact that it was aired shortly before the 1960 US Presidential election. The release indicates that Bosley was working on Broadway in Fiorello at the time.
CBS Television. It was common during the 1950s and 1960s for networks, program sponsors and studios to use either advertising or public relations agencies to distribute publicity materials on their behalf. This was distributed by the Bureau of Industrial Service, which was a division of ad agency Young & Rubicam. This service appeared to have been used frequently for this purpose by those in the television industry at that time.
